Sheera

1 cup rawa
1 Tbsp ghee
1.5 cup milk
1.5 cup water 
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Sugar seems to be ok
Next time try 1.5 cup sugar

Using 1/4 cup of rawa is sufficient for 2 people for eve snacks

Methi Rice

4 cups methi 
2 cups rice
1 large coconut 
8 cup coconut milk
8 green chilli 
3 large onion
10 garlic
2 inch ginger
2 palav leaves
2 cloves
4 cinnamon

4 tsp coriander powder 
2 tsp jeera powder 
1 tsp chilli powder

Holige

Channa dal - 3 cup
Toor dal - 0.5 cup

Soak channa dal and toor dal seperately for 30 min
After soaking seperately, wash them add 12 cup water (4 times) to channa dal, add turmeric, coconut oil and Pressure cook it seperately for 4 whistles
Add 1.5 cup water to toor dal (3 times) , add turmeric and oil and pressure cook for 3 whistles 

Measure 4.5 cup wheat flour (1.5 times)
Take 0.5 cup water , add 4 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp coconut oil. Mix them well.
Once everything dissolves, add 4.5 cup wheat flour. Mix well.
Slowly add 1.5 cup water and keep kneading. It should be very soft dough. If needed add another 0.25 cup water.
Then slowly add 0.5 cup coconut oil and keep kneading tightly and keep beating.
Finally coat it with coconut oil.

Once channa dal and toor dal are cooked, drain the water using water. Keep it on drainer for 10-15 min.

Now put it on a kadai add 1.5 cup jaggery, 1 tsp salt and keep stirring then until it becomes little hard. It should not be too hard

Once cooled put it in a mixi or grinder and make a fine paste

Brahmi Tambuli

1 cup chopped Brahmi
0.5 cup grated coconut 
1 tsp pepper corn
2 tsp jeera
0.5 cup butter milk

Ginna

5 cup colostrum milk
1 cup jaggery 

Savatekai kare

3 med to large sized cucumber 
4 cup rice flour 
Salt
One lemon size butter
Oil 

1) Chop cucumber into small pieces 
2)Grind chopped cucumber into very  smooth paste
This smooth paste comes to 4 cups
3) Transfer grinded paste to a large kadai
4) Add 2 tsp salt
5) Bring to boil
6) once it comes to boil, add 3.5 cup rice flour.
Mix it well
7) Close the lid for some time
8) After some time open the lid, knead it well 
If required add some more rice flour.
Consistency should be roti atta
9)Make it into 4 moulds and put it in chakli and fry it as kare
